What is an IP Whitelist?

An IP whitelist is a list of IP addresses from which customers can access their Tealium account. Any attempt to access an account from an IP address not on the whitelist will fail and the following error message will pop up.



  • An IP whitelist applies to a Tealium account. You cannot specify a separate IP whitelist for each profile contained within an account.
  • Only individual IP addresses are supported.  We do not support blocks of IP addresses.
  • Currently only IPv4 IP addresses are supported.

How to Create an IP Whitelist

The customer must provide the list of IP addresses for the whitelist to their Account Manager. The Account Manager in turn requests whitelist implementation from the Engineering group. There are no Tealium console options or settings for the customer to select to implement IP Whitelisting.
