Tealium AudienceStream CDP empowers marketers to leverage real-time data to continuously engage with their customer in the moments that matter. We are on a mission to revolutionize how enterprises connect with customers by putting customer data to work through audience segmentation and activation.

We are excited to announce that we are launching some major enhancements to audience building. Starting on September 5, we are rolling out an improved user experience for audience building across accounts, making these new capabilities generally available to all of our AudienceStream customers.

This is the first in a series of improvements to integrate our audience building experiences, decrease time to value, and bring more insight into your audience building and activation workflow.

New Features & Improvements

Here's a closer look at what's included in this release:

  • Increased Flexibility with Intuitive Rule-Building
    Our new audience workflow comes with expanded rule-building capabilities, allowing marketers to effortlessly create audiences and segments. With a simplified and flexible user interface, you can now employ stackable AND/OR rules and exclude segments with ease. This upgrade enables non-technical business and marketing users to more easily create audiences with nested rules and exceptions.
  • Reusable Segments for Accelerated Audience Building
    Say goodbye to repetitive work! This release introduces the much-awaited modular segment building capability for marketers, making audience duplication and segment reuse a breeze. You can now save and reuse audience segments (for inclusion or exclusion) without the need to recreate them across audiences. This feature not only saves you time and effort but also minimizes the chances of manual errors.
  • Embedded Insights for Better Context
    We understand the importance of having insights readily available while building audiences. Our new attribute insights feature allows you to hover over attributes to access key attribute details and insights. Paired with the reusable segments, you can now view the composition of each segment directly in the audience builder, ensuring that you select the right segment while building your audience. This enhancement puts critical information at your fingertips when you most need it.
  • Streamlined Views and Activation Workflows
    Organizing, validating, measuring, and activating your audiences has never been easier. Our new consolidated view provides faster access to relevant insights and information about your audiences, including related activations and functions. Additionally, audience activation has been more tightly integrated, keeping you in flow and focused on the task at hand.
  • User-Level Favorites
    Personalize your experience with user-level favorites. You can now label, organize, and access your frequently used segments. This feature is designed to save time for power users and improve collaboration within your organization.

We believe these enhancements will revolutionize the way you create, manage, and leverage your audiences, ultimately helping you achieve greater marketing success, and we’re not stopping there! Keep your eyes out for further enhancements like audience sizing, audience population, and scheduled audience refresh/activation over the next couple quarters.

You will be able to experience these new features by logging in to your AudienceStream account and selecting Audiences in the menu.
