Tealium is constantly looking for opportunities to strengthen our security protocols and one change we are making is to our SSO (single sign-on) process to access Tealium.
We identified an upgrade to our current SSO workflow that will enhance our security and will go into effect on April 25, 9am PT. You will no longer use your email address to log in.
If you sign in to Tealium’s Platform via the SSO login screen, you will provide your primary Tealium account name, which is shown below, instead of your email address. If you login via your company's Identity Provider, such as Azure or Okta, there are no changes required to your login workflow.
You will receive your account name via email. If you forget your account name, go to https://my.tealiumiq.com/login/accountname/.
Have questions? Go to support.tealiumiq.com or email support@tealium.com.
Beginning Tuesday, April 25 at 9am Pacific Time, use your account name to login to Tealium instead of your email address.
