What is changing?
Last year, Microsoft announced their plan to end support for Internet Explorer 11 on August 17, 2021 (see the Microsoft Blog post).
Today, we're announcing that the Tealium Customer Data Hub application will end support for Internet Explorer 11 on November 1, 2021.
What is the impact?
After November 1, 2021, Tealium Customer Data Hub will no longer be accessible in Internet Explorer 11. This means that customers attempting to access any of the products in the Tealium Customer Data Hub interface will be unable to load their account.
What do I need to do?
If you are using Internet Explorer 11, you need to transition to one of the following supported browsers before November 1, 2021:
