Salesforce Connector (Fix)

The Salesforce Connector was unable to reach the Salesforce service due to misconfiguration of TLS protocols, this issue has been resolved.

 

Facebook Connector (Update)

Facebook has hourly-rate-limits for their APIs that are often met, in which case the API will error out for the rest of the hour. We are now reviewing the action details and are filtering out APIs with empty IDs, rendering them as VendorValidation errors. This will help decrease the number of hourly calls to Facebook to help mitigate reaching the API limit so quickly.

We have also added checkbox/logic to turn off auto-hashing for users who want to pass hashed emails (i.e. disable auto email hashing).

 

Google AdWords Customer Match (Update)

We have added logic to trim leading/trailing whitespace from email addresses, as well as lower case the email, before sending the Email in the connector. This is based on requirements stated by Google.

Please note, for privacy purposes, the user list size will show as zero until the list has at least 1,000 members.

 

UDH Event Attribute Handling (Update)

Now that the UDH supports many different attribute scopes, we want to ensure users are properly referencing the correct scopes between attributes and rules. Several warnings and alerts have been added to help prevent scoping abnormalities.

 

AudienceStream Version Handling (Update)

There have been times in the past that when an Audience profile definition has become corrupt due to invalid non-ASCII characters and the like. When this occurs the UI locks up and customers are unable to access their profile. We have added a modal alert that informs customer to reach out to their account managers and offer them a way to switch back to an older version. Please note, clients will not lose any changes in the current (non-loading) profile when they switch. It's not a revert unless the client performs a publish once they are taken to the older version.

 

Centro Cookie Matching Service (New)

Centro develops digital advertising and media management software to help advertisers streamline and scale digital campaigns. Centro is a supported vendor via the AudienceStream Webhook, and in order for the Webhook to successful update Centro, the cookie ID returned in the service is needed.

 

Sizmek Cookie Matching Service (New)

Sizmek offers semantic advertising software to publisher websites to decrease negative branding and increase ad relevance. Sizmek is a supported vendor via the AudienceStream Webhook, and in order for the Webhook to successful update Sizmek, the cookie ID returned in the service is needed.

 

RadiumOne Cookie Matching Service (New)

RadiumOne connects consumer signals from your paid, earned, shared and owned channels to find high value customers. RadiumOne is a supported vendor via the AudienceStream Webhook, and in order for the Webhook to successful update RadiumOne, the cookie ID returned in the service is needed.
