Not able to access UDH

Hello Team,

I am not able to access my UDH account. i am am getting following error.

It appears that you are trying to activate a new UDH profile, main. In order to do this, please contact your Account Manager for assistance.

Ask your Account Manager for more information about EventStream, AudienceStream, or Data Access.

Could anyone please help me for the same.

Regards,

Amit Jain

Hi @amitjain0304

1. Make sure you are signed into tealium correctly.  Sign into Tealium iQ or Tealium Learning Community first.

2. Check that the account and profile name in the UDH url are correct

3. If the above doesn't work, you should indeed contact your account manager and/or support@tealium.com

Re: Not able to access UDH

@dkumar I have removed the URL in your post, since this is a public forum, and we don't want your email address to be indexed by Google :)

Please contact our support team as we have advised. They will be able to give you direct support for your issue, and get you logged in.

The Tealium Learning Community is a great resource for general support, but for issues with your specific account, it is much better (and safer) for us to assist you through our email support channel.

Thanks for your understanding.
