Tag Tips

The Google Ad Manager Conversion tag, formerly the page view tag for DoubleClick for Publishers, has the following features:

  • Supports the E-Commerce Extension for Order ID.
  • If Order ID is not set, its value is set to a randomly generated number.

Tag Configuration

Navigate to the Tag Marketplace to add a new tag. Read the Tag Overview article for general instructions on how to add a tag.

When adding the tag, configure the following settings:

  • Activity ID (xsp):
  • Order ID (ord): Value can be an Order ID, or a randomly generated number if left blank and not mapped.

Data Mappings
