Last year, Tealium introduced a new security feature–Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)–to add a dual layer of protection to your Tealium account. Many of our customers have since rolled out this important feature across their organization to help prevent unauthorized account access.
Effective on Tuesday, February 16th, 2016–MFA will be enabled as the default method to access your Tealium account. This means that you will be required to use both your password as well as a six-digit code generated from the Google Authenticator mobile app to log in. If your organization has disabled MFA settings before February 16th, you will not be affected by this change. For more details, please visit MFA for Tealium.
If you have any questions about this transition, we invite you to join us in the Tealium Learning Community or feel free to contact your account manager.
