Once you have successfully triggered a Webhook, wait about 30 minutes for the logs to start appearing in Azure.
You can see the data by going to Azure > More Services > Service Bus > click the appropriate namespace > click the appropriate queue > Activity Log.
Within the Activity Log, change the "Resouce" dropdown to "All resources", and change the "Timespan" to an appropriate timeframe such as "Last week".
This will provide all events that occurred as part of the queue.
Please note that this does not show the data sent to the queue.
