Mobile apps - Adding a tag

Hi

Perhaps a silly question but it' s getting quite urgent now: I have added a new tag to my Mobile Apps profile (Universal Analytics to be precise) but i am not seeing any traffic coming in from there. At the same time I have deactivated an other tag but this still generates traffic.

Is it perhaps not as easy as to activate / deactivate for mobile apps? Is there anything else needed so that the new tag configuration will take effect.

Hi Jean-Marc,

It is just as easy to activate/deactivate tags for mobile apps. It may under some circumstances take slightly longer for the cache to clear, but if you kill the app and relaunch it on the device, this should cause the device to download the latest utag.js files again.
