Adobe - Activity map is not populating

We noticed that 'Activity Map' is not populating on SPA.

We have our new header component. We are not seeing 'Activity Map' if we land on any page after clicking any link on header component.

'Activity Map' works fine on our monolith pages. We are facing issue only with our SPA components. Please advice us on how can handle this issue.
