I am trying to submit a support ticket, but when I click on the option it takes me to a page and asks me to log in(even though I'm logged in to Tealium IQ), it also doesn't seem to accept my Tealium credentials to log in. And clicking on Forgot Password sends no notification to my email.
Tealium IQ is no longer connected to the support portal so it is a separate login. You can have your Tealium administrator at your organization reach out and we can create a support account for you.
