Ecommerce extension on a mobile app

Hi, I need to use the ecommerce extension on a mobile app (Android and iOS). I use the extension e-commerce but I can't seem to be caputuring the data of product in the SiteCatalyst Mobile App tag? Do I need to do any step from the Tag Settings?

Francesco, The current version of the SiteCatalyst Mobile App tag does not have E-commerce Extension support. However, a new tag template is currently being tested before being released into the wild. This new template will support the E-com Ext and auto populate the product string, purchaseID, and all the lifecycle data without having to map each one individually. If you will reach out to your Account Manager we can help you get the new version of the template that should solve this issue. Thanks
