Tealium Function - Unable to make changes

I found a function on utag.js script to adjust the consent cookies which is not available in any of the extensions. Is there any way for me to edit it?

If changes are required to a consent manager function, we highly recommend submitting a support request to help with troubleshooting the issue, as any errors in that code could break the entire utag.js file, and consent manager uses complex code.
