I can use it in my browser to trigger a Google Analytics tag. So it runs correctly so far.

In the Android App, however, nothing happens at all. By the way: The IOS app runs smoothly with the same Tealium IQ profile.

Hello @Markus_Buergin,

Without seeing some sample code from your Tealium Android implementation, this is going to be difficult to troubleshoot. Are you able to share any of the native tracking code that's been implemented in the app?

Because this is such a specific issue, it would probably be worth raising a support ticket also (support@tealium.com). There are no reasons I can think of why this would work on iOS and in the browser, but not on Android, unless your Android app is missing some vital configuration/tracking calls.

Thank you for your quick answer. I can see the following with Charles Proxy. This all looks exactly as expected:

I have activated the collect tag in the publish settings to see the request. I am aware that I have to deactivate it to make it work - but it doesn't.
Everything looks correct to me. Do you have another idea?

This does seem strange @Markus_Buergin. I've had a quick glance at your profile config, and all seems normal. I can't see any obvious reason why it's not working.

I've just added your Account/Profile into one of our test applications to troubleshoot from our end, but I am seeing the Analytics hits as expected:

I think the logs that Craig has requested will be helpful here. Nevertheless, can you trying clearing the local app data for the app on this device please?

I've loaded this profile into my own test app and everything executes as expected from my side, so it would be good to investigate this directly.

I don't see anything in that log that would suggest that it's not working I'm afraid.
