Utag update - causing Adobe target error

We have recently updated the utag version from 4.45 to 4.49. Once after the update we started noticing the adobe target errors. We are not able to call the methods under the utag.sync.js script. 

Please find the details of the error below.

Check your utag.sync.js script file. Make sure that the file is included in your website's header and that the path to the file is correct.

The issue was caused by one other extension and not due to the utag update. Thank you for the assistance.
