I have recently updated my utag template verison from 4.45 to 4.49. I did noticed that my adobe calls are not firing after the update. Do I have to update any other template?
The change in utag.js version shouldn't typically impact your Adobe Analytics calls if the template was configured properly in the previous version. However, some updates might require small modifications, depending on the changes in the newer version and your specific implementation.
Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:
Tag configuration: Review your Adobe Analytics tag configuration in Tealium iQ to make sure everything is still set up correctly.
Mapping: Ensure all your variables are still correctly mapped in the data layer.
Extensions: If you're using any extensions that interact with the Adobe Analytics tag, check these to see if they're functioning as expected.
Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger: You can use the Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger to see if the requests are being sent correctly or if there are any issues with the request itself.
Revert back to previous version: If none of the above steps work, try reverting back to the previous version of utag.js to see if the issue persists. This can help you to identify if the issue is specifically with the update or if it's due to another factor.
