audience is incompitable for display in Google Ads

Hi Team,

I have created couple of audience in audience stream and pushed it to Google ads platform. The media team has approached me back saying the audiences are incompitable for display and the audiences are working fine in search and youtube. I also checked the audience pool and the size is more than 100. 

Please suggest the troubleshooting steps to rectify the issue.
