An audience is a group of visitor profiles that share a set of attribute conditions. The more conditions you use to create an audience, the more specific your audience. Audiences are used to trigger vendor actions (connectors) in real-time.
In this example we will create a simple "VIP" audience using the badge created in the previous steps, but will provide examples of how you could extend this audience to include more conditions.
To create an audience:
VIP (badge) is assigned
While the condition for this audience matches the condition of the badge, by creating an audience you can now take action on these "VIP" customers using connectors. You could further refine this audience by creating more visitor attributes and define additional conditions. Here are some examples:
