Currently all the tags with similar load rule fire as an independent tag. This approach increases the number of network request and is bad for page performance.

Recommedation:

Like we have an setting to bundle all the tags with the "ALL PAGES" load rule into utag.js.

Bundle Tags with similar load rule into utag.js. This reduces the number of network calls made by the browser, potentially improving performance and page load times.

This is a good idea, and would save some of the overhead times we have with current multiple calls, like handshakes, network latency etc. Thumbs up.

Agreed, arguably instead of loading "tag.[tagid].js" if instead one could load "tag.[loadruleid].js", and tags with identical load rules were bundled together, then this would still allow you to keep individual tags out of utag.js but remove redundant network requests.
