Hi all,
I have been looking for an answer on the following question:
When I create visitor attributes, is the information saved in the attributes themselves?
Meaning, if I create an audience, let's say, 2 months after I created the attributes, will the audience contain the information of these last two months? Or does is only start collecting information from the day you create the audience?
Would like to know this to keep audiencestream as clean as possible and avoid an overload of audiences.
Thanks in advance!

Hi @lara
AudienceStream is mostly event-driven. When you create a new Audience, a visitor will join that Audience on their next event if they meet the criteria.
We also have Audience Sizing. This can find you matching visitors retrospectively, and optionally trigger connector actions against those matching visitors.

@lara Just to add to this, yes, as soon as you create a visitor attribute AudienceStream will begin saving those values in the visitor profiles. As soon as AudienceStream is enabled and your account begins receiving data, visitor profiles will be created and attributes will be populated.
