Badge Rules

I'm having an odd error with a couple of rules and badges, wondered if anyone could shed some light.

I have two rules which are pretty much the same (one was created from the other, and then the custom value changed).

Take a break status = active

Take a break status = closed

When i try to use these rules as an enrichment on a badge, the active one works fine, but the closed one doesn't.  It won't let me select it, just leaves it in the text box. And if I hit save then the badge gets saved without the rule applied:

I'm pretty sure they were set up exactly the same, and I can't see any difference between the two.  Why would AS not let me assign a rule to an enrichment?

I think this was a glitch.  Tried again this morning and it all works fine.
