Does the "Entry URL" attribute in Audience Stream include querystring parameters?

I'm hoping to build a load rule in TiQ to target/suppress a tag fire based on the utm_medium parameter on the first pageview at visit start.

I've setup an querystring attribute for UTM Medium, but if the visitor continues browsing to another page, the querystring attribute is no longer relevant.

I'm wondering whether the attribute in Audience Stream (Entry URL) will include the querystring within the string value, or will it strip it out.

Hi @leahlaurie_MB

I don't think it does by default.

However you can pick the query string up from the 'query string' event attribute.
If you want an 'entry query string' attribute, you can create a new visit-scoped attribute, and set it to 'query string' on 'new visit'

Thanks @steve_lake!

I ended up using a "Persist Data Value" extension in TiQ to store the qp variable in a cookie, scoped to the visit. It's good to know that there's a solution to store querystring data in Audience Stream as well.
