EventStream Google Analytics Connector

I’m using the EventStream Google Analytics connector to pass offline conversion events to GA.  These were quotes that were initiated online but completed offline with a phone rep.  We’d like to pass the gclid along with other dimensions/attributes.  Although gclid is part of the GA measurement protocol we don’t see anywhere in the connector configuration to map it.  Does anyone know of a way to pass the gclid using the connector?

It turns out that even though 'gclid' is not available in the 'Measurement Parameters' drop down selections, you can type it in as custom text and it will map the data correctly over to Google Analytics.
