Hello Tealium Community, this is my first time posting here, let me know if I'm doing anything wrong.

I implemented track event/view in my react native app project and Tealium's EventStreams keep getting two of the same events but different User Agent as attached in the screenshot, any idea why is this happening?

Hi there! Based on your screenshots it looks like you might be using Tealium in a hybrid app (loading native SDK and a webview with a website). If this is the case and you only want to receive one event per screen load, you'll need to route the data to one or the other. If there's data from the webview that needs to be captured, you can use a Custom Remote Command tag to send this payload back into the native code, then add that payload into your "track()" event, which is then sent through the SDK.

If this is a more involved issue, please feel free to submit a support request and we can look into it more thoroughly.
