Hello all,
I've got a scenario where I trigger a series of 2 emails based on an abandoned cart scenario at end of session. When driving the visitor back to the site (new session of course), I want to terminate the pending 2nd email action upon next visit (after email #1, before the 2nd email goes).
I don't see a current solution in the forums. Anyone have a solution I'm missing?

@oneflash Hi,
From this article;
https://community.tealiumiq.com/t5/Universal-Data-Hub/Delayed-Actions-for-Connectors/ta-p/17575
"• Also the delayed action is triggered only if the visitor is still in the audience at the scheduled time."
So, when the visitor returns, you can remove them from the audience that triggered the connector.

I would also like to add that Action Frequency (Cooldown) and Prioritization are a key component to consider.
Cheers,
-Dan

@oneflash thank you for the follow-up. So it sounds like you might need a little more advice from @dan_george or @mark_reddin? Let me know.

Since it failed due to another issue, was that a Tealium issue or a config issue? Just looking for more info to provide the appropriate guidance. Thanks!
