How to turn an E-commerce event attribute into an AudienceStream attributes

Hi, I'm seeking help on how to properly configure E-commerce event attributes to string attributes in AudienceStream. Right now I have the AudienceStream string with the rule "set string when _cprice is assigned". However, I am not seeing any value appear within the string. I am seeing a value for _cprice in the purchase event, so why is no value appearing? Is there an extra step that needs to be taken with E-commerce event attributes?

I'd suggest you email support@tealium.com.  Include the steps to reproduce the incoming event from your website.

Hi @mackaylaheller Please make sure that the _cprice attribute has a value when the purchase event happened, also you can add another AND condition to the rule, let's say _cprice is not empty, which make sure that when it's not empty then only it will try to set to the string.

In the end, your rule looks like

_cprice is assigned

AND

_cprice is not empty

I hope this will set the value to string if it exists.
