To be more specific we are looking for better error logging/reporting for when we render an error page that is generated by our ecommerce platform, Demandware. This would let us know if a customer has come to an error page and if so offer some kind of coupon as an apology. Could we use audience stream and badging for reporting and the related marketing/promo/coupon.
Indeed you could have a counter that incremented every time the user landed on a error page then after a couple of landings use the content modification extension to display a coupon or trigger a tag. This could all be achieved from iQ.
I would suggest you contact your Account Manager for further assistance in finalising a solution for this. But the above gives you a basic idea of how this could be achieved.
