Hi Steve, you've got a few potential issues here. Your best bet is to contact your account manager to work through them and get them resolved.
As a first step though, you should make sure you have the latest EventStream tag template in production. To do this, go to the admin menu (under your login name) and click on "Manage Templates"
Select the Event Stream tag from the drop down
In the new modal, click the trashcan icon at upper-right
confirm the deletion
Save & Republish (this will generate a new tag template and republish it out to the CDNs)
When you contact your Account Manager, make sure to have the account name, profile name and site URL handy -- this will be very helpful in troubleshooting the data-delivery side of things. Your Account Manager will also be able to help/coordinate help on the S3 side of things.
