Monitor Consent Management

Hi,

I wanted to know if it's possible to monitor how many people are using the consent management. I notice that a POST is happening to https://collect.tealiumiq.com/event and that grant_partial_consent, decline_consent or grant_full_consent is sent when users interact with Consent Management. How can i view the Number of visitors who interact with this and what consent they sent?

Would this be to look at Audience Stream? I am not familiar with how i would go about setting this up.

Thanks

HI,

To store and analyse this data, you need EventStream to forward those events to your own endpoint via a webhook or connector. The storing would then be managed by yourself.

Alternatively if you have EventStore or EventDB, you can import the raw events from EventStore or analyse them directly in our Redshift database (EventDB) with a visualisation tool. EventStore has an unlimited retention period, whilst EventDb is more limited.

I would check with your account manager if you have the licenses for either EventStream or EventStore/EventDB to do so.

Hope this answers your question.

Hi,

Thank you. If I do a manual tealium.view and set the event_type, then the event appears in live events for eventstream which seems like a duplicate. What would be the setup in Live Events to see this? Currently i have tealium_event contains (ignore case) consent, i thought that should be sufficient.
