Hello,

 

I am setting up a connector. I have already created the following Audience:audience AS.png

 

But when I want to create my Connector and set the source, there is no matches found:

How is this possible?

 Hello @jmillan,

 

The Source may not display if AudienceStream is not activated. Could I have you please contact your Account Manager to discuss activating AudienceStream?

I am looking for "Settings" but I dont have this option:

Do I need to upgrade my user? Who could do this?
