Hello community,
I'am having trouble setting up a omnichannel import from a SFTP server.
I tryed the "Omnichannel Status Checker" but only getting "File name not found!"
Now to my question:
Is it possible to set up a SFTP connection with a port appended to the host? e.g.: my-sftp-server.com:2222
If its not, that would explain why its not working for me :)
thanks in advance
Tobias

I believe adding a port is fine...
However, looking at your file definition the only configuration declared is the visitors email hash. Since there is no other data in the file to be applied to a visitor, I'm not sure AS will attempt to process the file definition. Perhaps you can add a second column of data and try again, for example "date last targeted" or an "opt-in status".
Cheers,

I now added another column to the file definition and to the file too.
Unfortunately still no success.
Any other suggestions?

I spoke to Engineering and we only use the default S/FTP port and it is not configurable.
Might I suggest using a Tealium S3 bucket instead? This is a free bucket for your use and the credentials are provided directly in the interface.
