Good morning,
We need to send audiences from AudienceStream to Google Optimize to personalize the web content but it does not exist this connector in the Marketplace. Is there a way of doing this without having to set a cookie with a list of audiences?
Best regards,
Jose
You should leverage the data layer enrichment from AudienceStream and then take those data elements and pass them to Optimize through the tag outlined in this post https://community.tealiumiq.com/t5/Tealium-iQ-Tag-Management/Tutorial-how-to-set-up-Google-Optimize-...
Hi @nalbertini,
Thank you very much for your response. Indeed, that's an option we are taking into consideration but we are concerned because DLE normally needs at least one additional tracking call.
What do you think about sending audience data through Google Analytics connector, create the audience there and then map it to Optimize? Have you tried something similar in the past?
Best regards,
Jose
I have but that is slow. If you are trying to do any real-time optimization, then you should leverage the enrichment but if not, then sure, you could certainly use the GA connector to send data into Optimize.

Hi @nalbertinidata,
I have done some testing and there is a delay of 10-15min even when I use the Google Analytics tag through Tealium iQ. The delay goes from audience qualification (I see the GA call with the audience in the custom dimension) until active personalization for that audience.
I have followed your link, is there something I'm missing?
Best regards,
Jose
