Sending Audiences to AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)

H Everyone,

Can anyone suggest how to send AS audience to Adobe experience manager (AEM). 

To achieve this, we will create an audience in the audience stream and whenever user falls in the this audience, we need to pass this value or some identifier to AEM so that AEM developer can further implement the functionality based on this.

My question is - how can I pass an audience value from AS to AEM.
