Trace not showing logs

I have configured AudienceStream on Tealium ecommerce site. Now I am able to see live events in event stream, audience based on the rules that I have cofigured but trace is not showing logs is there any specific reason?

Steps to configure trace:

Navigate to trace 

created new traceID, copied the code and clicked on continue.

Went to tealium ecommerce training site connected with the same tealium account and profile.

Opened tealium tools and pasted the traceid in Audiencestream new trace.

Can you see the traceid showing in the live events? Does it the match the trace Id you set?

If you have the lowercase extension in the profile, this will likely be setting the trace id to lowercase, which will prevent the events bring traced correctly.

 

If this is the case, let me know and I'll let you have some code to add as an extension instead it the lowercase extension, which should resolve this issue for you.
