When creating a WebHook, can we specify a non-default port number other than 443?

I'm in discussions with out IT teams to connect Tealium to our call centre to send lead data, but the internal service is already using port 443. Can we define a different port for a specific WebHook?

You can add the port in the endpoint URL of the webhook using the "colon + port" method:

www.myendpoint.com:1234

If you're using SSH, you'll just need to ensure that a valid certificate for the handshake is available or the connector action will fail.
