Who can(not) publish in Audience Stream?

Very stupid question probably, but I cannot find any documentation on the Publish rights in Audience Stream. In the Tealium User settings, I cannot set rights for Audience Stream/UDH users. Now we will have a training and I need to make sure everyone can publish there.

What happens if 2 people publish changes at the same time? Is there a merge feature like in iQ? Are the changes of the next-to-last person overwritten?

Hello @loldenburg. Not a stupid question at all. We really need to document it some where. So publish rights in AudienceStream are based on whatever publish rights that you have in Tealium iQ Tag Management. So if you can publish to Dev, QA, and Production in Tealium iQ Tag Management, you should be able to publish to production in AudienceStream. If you do not have the right to publish to production in Tealium iQ Tag Management, you will not have the ability to publish in AudienceStream. Learn more about Managing User Permissions here

I am not sure about the merge feature @loldenburg. Let me find out. I'm pretty sure that the answer is no.

Thanks, but seriously? So I have to give all the non-tech Marketing people who want to do something in Audience Stream the right to potentially destroy the production environment? This is quite a security risk.

Moreover, today some guy completely overwrote what I had saved earlier during the day. Is it correct that there is no way to see whether someone else is working in Audience Stream (like in iQ)?

@loldenburg Unfortunately, no. I sense a feature request coming... Sorry for the bad news. :-(
