calculation of profile score based on captured user input (AudienceStream)

Hi, 
is it possible to create a user score in real-time based on a calculation of captured user input?

Example:
User types in different numbers (three money values) in a webpage formular. 
This data we can make accessible via datalayer / utag.

The formular is: 
= money value 1 / (money value 2 + money value 3)   =    smaller OR equals   90%

We would like to build an audience with user matching this criteria.

How can we translate / integrate this?

I found this post with the suggestiont to do this in IQ and pass it over. Seems to take some time. Does anyone know what delay this would be?
