Access to the destination var from the lookup table in a Javascript Code Extension

Hello, I am trying to integrate the following script into our website using the JavaScript Code Extension: http://docs.triptease.net/#/doc/Integration My first issue is with The Widget Placeholder Container. I've added a Tealium Generic tag, populating the URLs and mapping the token with a destination from a lookup table. Then I've used a Javascript code Extension where I created the div element and appended it to the body. But I can't access to the destination var from the lookup table to set the token (using b.property or utag_data) and also I think the extension isn't being fired before the tag. What am I missing here? Any clue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,
