Adobe Target Properties

Does anyone have any experience with setting up Adobe Target properties in Tealium? I am familiar with this process in Adobe Launch - but I am struggling to figure out how to implement in Tealium.

For reference - in Launch, I would write a custom code data element that would map the property key to the appropriate location. Then I would add that data element as an mbox param in the Target launch rule. Do I do something similar in Tealium? Can I write a custom javascript extension with my criteria and add the Target tag to the scope?

I figured it out. 

I created a new variable in the data layer. 

Then I mapped the variable to my js conditions in an extension and scoped it to the Target tag.

Then in the Target tag - I mapped the data layer variable to the at_property page param. 

Everything works great.

I am trying to do the same. I was able to add Adobe Target in Tealium and also the Flicker code. But not sure how i can map the Traget activities to Target Extension using at_property. I am new to Tealium and not sure what are the exact steps that you took. Glad that you were able to make it work. could you please add more details!
