Adwords tag is loading but conversion function is not executing e.g. the image file is not loading.

Check that your conversion ID and label are correct, and if you have any extensions scoped to the tag, that those are working as you would expect. If that all looks ok, contact your account manager / support representative so that they can take a look for you.

The issue is that if you create a click event extension it has to be a view and not a link for the event to work with the Adwords tag.
