Browser notification for visitors with a outdated browser

Hello @all,

i'm new in this business and actually i have to integrate a browser notification for our visitors with a outdated browser. 

Anyone has an idea how i could realize it? 

Our Customers should get a notification in their browser when they have an outdated browser - and a link to the used browser site to update.
