Can we use Jqlite instead of Jquery 1.7.1 to capture the client activities in the mobile pages?

Some of the mobile pages come with the Jquery lite and not Jquery and i understood from the account manager that we need Jquery 1.7.1 to capture the client activities. Can you please provide more insight in to this?

"jQuery clickHandler (1.6 and below)" should work. Jqlite seems to support bind which we use on the 1.6 and below extension. https://code.google.com/p/jqlite/wiki/UsingJQLite#Events

Thanks Todd, Can you please give some example of things that we might not be able to track if we do not have Jquery in the pages.
