Create labels and assign to tags/extensions

Hello,

I would like to use the "label" functionality, as we have multiple agencies creating tags and extensions in our account and it would be helpful to label these. Everytime I try to create a label, I get this message:

Unable to save your label at this time. Please try again shortly.

Anyone know what this means? I've tried several times but I keep getting the message. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi @zwaters ,

Are you the admin of your account? if not you can check with your admin to see if you have access to labels.

Thank you! That was the issue, I needed different permissions.
