Direct call rule implementation in tealium

In DTM we'll have direct call rule which will look for a specific string and listens to it and whenever we get that it'll execute the desired execution 

Is there any option or way we can have a direct call rule in tealium

You can use the extensions like jQuery click and on handlers or JavaScript extension.
