Enabling "Shopping behaviour" in Enhanced Ecommerce for GA in Tealium

I was told to implement Enhanced Ecommerce in one of our corporate ecommerce sites which was running GA scripts through Tealium. After I enabled and published Enhanced ecommerce I noticed that the new tab (for enhanced ecommerce) provided some extra data, however when I clicked on the "Shopping Behaviour" and "Checkout Behaviour" tabs it was completely empty without any data. I read through several blog posts such as,http://www.blastam.com/blog/index.php/2014/05/google-analytics-enhanced-ecommerce-reports, https://econsultancy.com/blog/64906-a-first-look-at-enhanced-ecommerce-for-google-analytics and many other valuable posts.

However I still can't figure out how to get the data in those new tabs working. Also there is a goal created to track the purchases made and it has a funnel to find out where the visitor leaves the page, even that is not providing in data although all the funnel step urls are correctly configured. I am not looking for a copy and paste answer, but I would really appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction on how to get the data in these two tabs working. I also want to know what is the difference between Order Coupon and Product coupon which is available under the new Ecommerce menu for enhanced ecommerce in Google Analytics?

Hi Cherr,

Ok, I've asked my immediate line manager about this and shall await their reply. However could you please tell me the difference between Product coupon and order coupon which is showing under the new Ecommerce menu in Google Analytics?

Hi Yoosuf,

In reference from this site (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6014872?hl=en#oc), an Order Coupon report allows you determine which are the most and least effective in driving 'sales', 'orders', and 'average order value'. While a Product Coupon report determines which are the most and least effective in driving 'sales' and 'orders'. If either of these reports is negatively impacting your sales, then you can discontinue it. I hope this answers your question.

Ok, so essentially the order coupon and the product coupon are both the same coupon code entered at checkout, right? Previously I thought that the order coupon was a coupon code for the entire order and the product coupon was for a specific product. However I've another clarification with regards to what you mentioned that an order coupon and a product coupon both show which are the most and least effective in driving sales and orders so what is the actual difference between the two (especially because both use the same coupon code)?
