Experience cloud ID tag not firing

Hi,

I have created a experience cloud ID tag in the tealium profile for an Iframe. The network tab does not have that tag and when I check in console using utagdb=true, it shows the below error:

[73] : demdex org id [CBF23704532E6F9D0A490D44@AdobeOrg] sync error. marketing cloud tag missing demdex config

Also I dont see the MID value in the server call.

This almost certainly sounds like tag configuration issues.

Do you have an example of what you have set up in the Experience Cloud ID tag?

Alternatively you can raise a support ticket and a Solutions Engineer can look into your issue for you.
