GA TAG NOT FIRING FOR MULTIPLE SCREENS WITHIN A SINGLE PAGE APPLICATION

Currently running a REACT single page application and the google tag is not firing/refreshing when the user moves to the next screen. Need to know if there an extension or an update we can make to fire the GA tag when the screen changes?

@DeclanKOUA1812 do you fire a utag.view every time a new screen is appearing? Because that's what the SPA should do to track new screen views.
