Hi,
We now have a gtag version of Adwords Tag in Tealium. Will and when will the gtag version of DoubleClick Flooldight Tag be available in Tealium? We are working actively with multiple clients retagging their DoubleClick floodlights tags to gtag version to circumvent the Safari ITP issue. We needed a better understanding of when the gtag version of this tag will be available in Tealium.
Thanks
Sudha Gupta

Hello @SudhaG,
I believe Tealium does provides the "Multiple DoubleClick Floodlight Tag Configuration" to track the business requirements. Here is the following link which you can see detailed elucidation about configuration.

Hope it helps!!! Happy Learning!!
Nevertheless, If you need any more clarifications to proceed further please directly connect with Kathleen (TLC Community Manager) .
Hi Sudha,
Just to let you know this was released last week!
Kind Regards,

Three questions regarding the new Global Tag related to ITP mitigation:
1 - Is it safe to use both the DoubleClick Floodlight (gtag.js) and the AdWords Conversion Tracking (gtag.js) template on the ssame account/profile?
2 - Does either global tag work for Google Analytics?
3 - Are event snippets for each conversion action still necessary with these templates?
Thanks!

Hi @bmcgee,
1) Yes it is safe to use both the DoubleClick tag and Adwords tag, we'll be working on some documentation on the best practice of using these tags shortly.
2) Our engineering team are currently working very hard to get the Analytics gtag.js version updated in our marketplace, this should be available this quarter.
3)
In the Adwords tag:
- Purchase conversions will happen when an order ID is set (_corder)
- Conversion events will happen when the conversion label is set.
In the DoubleClick tag:
- Purchase conversions will happen when an order ID is set (_corder)
- Conversion events now need to be mapped, there is a new tab under "events" will allow you to set a trigger to fire the event
I hope this helps!

Thanks for your response, @corbinspicer!
A follow-up question...since auto-tagging is required for gtag.js, how would using both the DC and AdWords gtag.js templates work for accomodating for both DC and AdWords auto-tagging needs?
Hi, all! I wanted to let you know that the documentation for the gtag.js version of DoubleClick Floodlight has just been released in our community. If there's anything that remains unclear, please let me know, and we'll work to make sure the article reflects what you need from it.
Article: DoubleClick Floodlight (gtag.js) Tag Setup Guide
Thank you!
Hi there,
I have just been given a doubleclick floodlight gtag for implementation but it only has an advertiser ID. The tag template in Tealium requires Activity ID and others. Can anyone here explain what these ID's are used for and if there are any cases where no Activity ID etc. exists? Client is quite insistant that no other ID's are needed bsides Advertiser ID.
Thanks
Looks like the actual issue I'm running into is that two global tags on the site (double click and adwords) cause a race condition.
