Google Analytics tag in Dev & QA environment, But Tag not fired

I have created a GA tag and initially, the published location was Dev & QA. I can see the tag fire and status is OK in "tealium web campanion chrome extension" but when I try to check the tag fire in network tab/google tag assistant I can't see that tag. Can somebody help me to understand the issue?

I can try, but will need more information. 

Firstly i imagine you are testing in the dev and qa env?

Are you using gtag.js or analytics.js?

do you have any load rules setup?

did you complete all requried variables?

Thank you for the response!

Now the issue has resolved and the issue behind it, The tag was not firing since the "tracking_id"  was setting from tealium variable "trackingID". After modification in template, to  take it  from vendor configuration it start working in Dev/QA.
